Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

We ensure your favourite smelly balls are made of the highest quality while doing some good for the world. Smelly Balls uses sustainably sourced wool from Nepal, so you can feel good about using them. By supporting us, we give back to the fabulous Nepalese ladies by helping to create a new and improved life for themselves and their families.
With our smelly Sets, you completely customise your road trip essentials, just choose a design of our lonely balls and pair it with your favourite fragrance oil. The best part - the balls are reusable. Once the scents start to fade, simply lather the same or different fragrance on your smelly balls. The choice is yours!
Each set comes in our reusable ‘keep pouch’ - perfect for storage, with instructions and a bonus postcard (yes, this is a great gift idea). We’re over car fresheners that die after 30 days, and so are you. With our collection of Sets we provide a sustainable reusable air freshener that looks good, smells good, and lasts longer.
Tips for Customers
We recommend using in under15-20mphwinds noting individual gusts are stronger than reported figures. The number 1 mistake customers make is to bury the sand spike to deep (particularly in stronger winds). Unlike the traditional beach umbrella this causes increased instability in the Coolcabana as it relies on the tension created by the four corner columns to anchor it. It is also important to ensure that the sand pockets are full to the top even in low winds. Please make sure you follow this video of the set up and pack down with ease.
Arm Replacement Instructions
The easiest way to replace an arm on your CoolCabana is to turn it upside down and open the arms out with the canopy placed on a clean surface, this exposes the arms and 2 screws. Then simply undo the 2 screws, remove the old arm, insert the new arm and redo the screws up. Then locate the screw attaching the arm to the outer fabric pocket in the canopy, undo this and again remove the old arm, insert the new arm and redo the screw up. Turn the Coolcabana over and check all is good before packing it away and heading on back to the beach so you can spend your day relaxing is cooling shade.
