Refund policy

At By San Sebastian, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. We value the time you spend with us and want you to feel confident purchasing from our store.

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.

GENERAL RETURNS

• You must notify By San Sebastian within 7 days of receiving your item via email if you wish to request a return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns & Shipping Costs

• A $10 return postage and handling fee applies

• If your order qualified for free shipping, the original $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

• These costs cover the original delivery, return shipping, and handling

• These costs apply to all change-of-mind returns

Sale and Discounted items are not are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You may choose between:
    • A replacement at no additional postage cost, or
    • A full refund, including postage and handling.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

  1. Log in to your account
    Click the profile icon in the store navigation, or visit our Refund Policy page.
  2. Verify your email
    • Enter your email address and click Continue
    • Check your inbox for the email from us and copy the 6-digit verification code
    • Return to the store and enter the code to access your account
  3. Submit your return
    • Select the order you wish to return
    • Choose the item(s) you’re returning
    • Select a return reason and add any notes
    • Click Request return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label. Once the item is received, your refund or store credit will be processed.
