Cord carries more texture than twill can, which is most of the reason this one works with a shirt as easily as it does over a swim. Denim blue keeps it firmly in the useful category rather than the novelty one.
The sun logo is embroidered rather than printed, so the detail is worked into the cord instead of sitting on top of it and the colour stays the whole story. The Rad Kid Cord Cap is made in the same denim blue, which is either a coincidence or entirely the point.
