Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All our Rattan Pendants are delicate and we advise that great care is taken when removing from packaging and during installation. Any damage done to the Pendant after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are sent out, weekly, on a Wednesday. We recommend, not booking an electrician until lights have arrived, as shipping delays are out of our control.
