DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are capped at a flat rate $10 shipping fee, or $20 if you choose express.

As a general rule, we aim to have your order processed and dispatched within two business days of receiving your order.

LOCAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
• We deliver on weekdays.
• If no one is home, we will leave the item in a safe place.
• If no safe place is available, we will return it to By San Sebastian for collection.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via different carriers depending on your delivery address, dispatch location and the delivery service selected at checkout.

The above delivery times reflect orders dispatched from our Coogee store. Where we need to source an item from one of our suppliers, please allow up to 3–5 business days for delivery of your order.

Please note that orders placed during promotional periods may take longer to dispatch due to higher order volumes.

All orders are tracked by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left us.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, a calling card may be left indicating where the parcel can be collected.

Please be aware that nominating a business as your delivery address may allow another person at that business to sign for your parcel. If your order is shipped to and signed for on your behalf at a business address, By San Sebastian cannot accept responsibility for any parcel that is subsequently lost or damaged. For high-value orders, we recommend nominating a residential address.
